This session is more interactive and conversation based.
You can obtain personal insights, spiritually supported messages, identify blocks, limiting beliefs and experience energetic healing to help enhance your life. We can take the direction you are seeking guidance with or let whatever needs to come through, come through.
This can also be the container to connect with passed loved ones to help aid and support your grief.

Reiki Energy Healing
This session is more passive in that you are in a deeper, relaxed state.
In-person you can rest comfortably on my reiki table or sit in a chair. At home I encourage you to find a safe, soft, quiet space . I will move energy in, through and out of your body. I will be actively channeling and working in the Akashic Records if required. There is a small conversation at the end to share insights.

This is an opportunity for us to meet, chat and you can learn more about what I do. If you’re feeling a pull to work with me, but don’t know why or what to book, these few minutes together might help to clarify things. This meeting will be done via Zoom.

Children’s Reiki Healing
This is a special container for children. I find children require help rebalancing and clearing their energy too. I encourage the presence of a parent or guardian to help them feel more comfortable or provide permission, depending on the age of the child. I find that sessions with children are often shorter in length. Ages 17 and under.

Property Reading & Clearing
In this container we will meet virtually and I will work with you to provide insights about your property and clear the energy of the space. This session is for your home or business. Some of the reasons why you may consider this offering: You have purchased a new home/business, you are not feeling comfortable in your current home/business location or your space feels like it needs a refresh.

All virtual sessions are held via Zoom and a link will be sent to you via email.
I can provide clearing and help you heal in the areas of:

The first thing I do is tune into your body to listen for energetic clearing and healing guidance.
Then I may tune into your soul, higher self, spirit guides and others of your divine support team.

Why should I try a session?

With the guidance of your spirit team, we can work together to identify what presently serves you. Remember, you are in a safe environment rooted in love and neutrality. We will identify the energetic work and healing required for you to transcend beyond what plagues you. We will support your understanding, action items and growth. It is important to know that you only get what you are ready for and can handle at that moment in your life.
What to Expect in a Channeling & Energetic Session
You can expect a bit of conversation to begin with to help us relax and get to know each other a little better. Once you’re comfortable, I often start with a quick clearing and body scan. This allows me to listen to your body and see if there is anything to tend to before we go deeper into the session. From there, I connect with your spirit guides and other supportive souls and beings. listening for the messages they want to deliver. I then act as the conduit for their messages and any healing that will help you. Sometimes I am moved to work in the Akashic Records to help bring about more information, guidance and aid your healing. The session continues with dialog, the delivering of messages, healing and energy work on the body.
People often feel various emotions and sensations, however lighter when a session is over. It’s good to put at least a few days in between sessions so that your mind and body have an opportunity to recalibrate to the changes.
What to Expect in a Reiki Session
You can expect a bit of conversation to begin with to help us relax and get to know each other a little better. When you’re ready, I have you lay down on my reiki table, sit in a chair or get comfortable in your own home. I then lead you through a few deep breaths to help you further relax. With eyes closed you get to relax as I scan your body. I then start at the top of your head and move energy in, through and out of your body. I am not moved to touch people, nor do I talk much during the session. This allows you to drop into a deep, relaxed state while I work intuitively to best serve your highest and greatest good. This can include me connecting with your spirit guides and other supportive souls and beings for guidance. There are times when I am pulled to go into your Akashic Records as well to help deepen your healing. Once I have done your entire body, I clear and rebalance your chakras. When I am finished I bring you back to a more awakened state and we have a brief discussion.
People often feel lighter when a session is over. Some people do get emotional during a session or find they need to breathe more deeply or move their legs or hands. This is all common and I encourage you to do whatever you need during your time.
